Below is a letter to our customer and partner community from Gimmal CEO, K. David Quackenbush.
I wanted to provide our customers with an update on what is happening, with Gimmal, and our team in Houston and assure you that we are working to provide continuous support to you.
First and foremost, we have heard from all of our squad in the Houston area and, despite some damage to personal property, they are all safe at this time. During the next 48 hours, we expect that some of our team will be required to evacuate their homes due to the continued flooding all across the area.
We expect to provide complete support to all of our customers, however it may take longer to respond than you are normally accustomed to. Our Houston office will be closed at least through Tuesday, but our production systems are maintained offsite in a variety of locations, so we don’t expect to have any significant downtime associated with any of our operating systems.
If you are having an issue and cannot reach your current Gimmal contact, please leave a comment below and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. And to all of our Houston-based customers, we hope that you and your families at home and work are weathering the storm as well as you can.
